Cactus Blue, on the fashionable side of the Fulham Road is one of those places that always make you want to go in as you pass. Serving a selection of ‘world tapas’ with a definite Tex Mex bias this is a great place for a noisy night out – there’s a lively atmosphere and various different areas where you can hang out or watch the DJ work the decks.

We went to Cactus Blue for my boyfriend's birthday. An interesting menu for a Mexican restaurant (a few Asian dishes like Tempura and Dim Sun) but we gave it a go. The music and lighting were very good - the food wasn't so great though, and most importantly, overpriced for what it was... all in all an OK experience.

We hadnt been to Cactus Blue in a long while but were pleased to see that it hadnt lost its convivial charm. The Top Table menu was limited but saying that all the most popular texmex dishes were represented. I also need to make special mention of the staff who were very attentive and dealt with an issue in a very professional manner ( rare in London ). The only thing that cooled our experience was the aircon which seemed to be aimed at our table. buurrrr!!

Cactus Blue service was excellent - being made very welcome. Food was good altho' the special offer starter of calamari was a little disappointing. Happy hour wine prices a bonus.

Cactus Blue was a funky venue for a tasty evening out. It served the best Tex-Mex food I've had since moving to London from the States 2 years ago. The service was a bit slow, but overall it was a nice experience.

cactus blue has a very nice feel to it, but the service and organisation of staff is awful! we had to wait 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order and the place was empty (it was a Wed night). Then it took about 15 minutes just to bring our drinks. We were really fed up with the service. There was enough staff, but they were hanging around the bar and not giving any attention to the tables. They didn't coordinate our starter order with our main order so we had a long wait for both.

Cactus blue was a fun night out, with a good ambience. The food was generally very good, although the calamari was burnt.
